    Do I need to book, or can I walk in?
    Walk-ins are welcome and we fit them in wherever we can, but weekends and Thursday evenings fill early. Booking online guarantees your technician and your time.
    Which service lasts the longest?
    Plex-Gel and BIAB hold two to four weeks with an infill at week three. Shellac on natural nails is a comfortable two weeks; SNS sits between the two and suits thinner nails.
    Can you remove work from another salon?
    Yes. Soak-off is priced separately on the menu and always includes a rebalance of the natural nail. Tell us what you currently have on when you book so we allow enough time.
    How do you handle hygiene?
    A fresh file, buffer and orange stick per guest, hospital-grade sterilisation for metal tools, and single-use liners in every pedicure bowl. Nothing is reused between guests.
    Can we book a group or bridal party?
    Absolutely — we regularly host parties of six to eight, and groups of four or more receive at least 10% off. Send the headcount and date through the request form and we will block the room.
    What is your cancellation policy?
    Please give us four hours notice so we can offer the slot to someone else. Repeated same-day no-shows may need a deposit for future bookings.
